Fortunately, pigmentation caused by lifestyle habits is only a surface stain that can easily be removed with teeth sandblasting. This method allows you to quickly and easily restore the natural look of your teeth in just one short dental visit.

After removing tartar and soft deposits, dark stains (pigments) often remain on the teeth, which are difficult to eliminate. The sandblasting device ejects abrasive particles under pressure. These particles, mixed with water, remove stains from large surfaces of the teeth as well as from hard-to-reach areas between adjacent teeth.
Tooth sandblasting cleans large surfaces at once, the procedure is completely safe for your teeth, and it lasts about 20 minutes. After sandblasting, teeth become one shade whiter, cleaner, and smoother.

Who Should Consider Sandblasting?

Sandblasting is recommended for all patients who struggle with stains from dark foods and drinks. Special emphasis is placed on smokers, who often avoid stain removal because previous methods were unpleasant.
Patients like sandblasting because it is completely painless, quick, and free of the unpleasant sounds produced by ultrasonic devices or drills. This method is also recommended for patients with braces, as it thoroughly cleans all brackets.

For patients choosing teeth whitening, we recommend tooth sandblasting as preparation before whitening and later for maintaining results.
